recycling 25000 aluminium cans for architectural detail feature of 124 sqm domed studio ceilings
Author: Distil Ennui | Post Date: 13-05-2021I have been very busy experimenting with this design idea and have now created a system for butterfly opening the cans with clean edges. So this will now become our first big recycling project within the space that will surely become a signature design feature. The space has four areas, each with a sweeping concave domed shape that extend outside the buidling roofline overhang. A striking addition to the architectural features that will also add considerable light to the space which is always a bonus in a workshop. You can read more about Makers Place and its function here.
